After 25 years managing hotels and 15 years as an Implementation and Training Specialist, Dale decided to take his knowledge of customer service and travel booking to the next level by opening his own travel agency. After two years and a fire which required him to move the agency to Cody, Wyoming and change the name from Greybull Travel to Western Skies Travel.

Dale has been a world traveler since he was a junior in high school when he was a Youth For Understanding exchange student in Germany. He has lived there and in Sydney, Australia as well as the US.
